Heather Holben is a therapist practicing in Kennewick, WA with over 15 years of clinical experience working with children, adults, and families.

Heather earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Washington State University in 2003, and her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington University in 2007. Heather has worked in various communities as an individual and group therapist within college counseling centers, community mental health agencies, sexual assault response centers, and crime victim service centers. In addition to her counseling work, Heather has also served as a sexual assault victim advocate and a sexual violence prevention education specialist.

Heather's current services include individual and group therapy for teens and adults. Her therapeutic approach includes mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral interventions that provide each client with practical tools to help them manage symptoms. Heather also provides neurologically-based treatments such as EMDR and Lifespan Integration Therapy to fully alleviate root causes of distress and symptoms. She has advanced training in working with survivors of trauma and issues of dissociation, attachment, self-harm, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and LGBTQ issues. Heather has been an EMDR provider for over 13 years and is certified in Lifespan Integration.

Heather also offers group presentations and community workshops to satisfy her passion for teaching and learning.
