Intake Appointment: $185
Individual Session (60 minutes): $170
No Show/ Late Cancellation Fee: $85
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage and co-pay amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for private pay clients.
Payment
Cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge to your account. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the office at (509) 430-9751 within 24 hours. Except in cases if emergency, your account will be charged a fee $85 if you do not attend your appointment. Insurance companies do not cover fees for no show or late cancellations.
